The Dewford Town Gym (Brawly) is the second Hoenn Gymleader in the game. Defeating him will earn you the Knuckle Badge 
, which is needed (as well as the other badges) to catch the Legendary Pokemon. Brawly is a specialist in Fighting-Type Pokémon.
