The Mahogany City Gym (Pryce) is the seventh Johto Gymleader in the game. Defeating him will earn you the Glacier Badge 
, which is needed (as well as the other badges) to catch the Legendary Pokemon. Pryce is a specialist in Ice-Type Pokémon.
